Can I register for the conference online?

Is there an individual day rate?
No, there is not a day rate. We encourage you to attend the entire conference, however continuing education credits will be awarded per hour attended for those who cannot attend all the sessions.
Do I need to select the sessions I want to attend prior to the conference?
Attendees are requested to select their session preferences when registering so this information can be used to assign break-out rooms. However, you are NOT required to attend the sessions selected during registration and you are NOT guaranteed a space in those sessions. All sessions are on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Will there be internet access at the conference?
There is complimentary internet access in the Francis Marion Hotel lobby.
What meals are provided?
Continental breakfast will be provided to all conference attendees Wednesday - Friday. Everyone is invited to the Sara Schuh Honorary Reception and Poster Presentations Tuesday evening at 5 PM. There will be a Luncheon on Wednesday.
What is the cancellation policy?
Registration cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellation requests postmarked on or before August 1, 2017 will be refunded in full, less a $50 administrative fee. Cancellation requests postmarked between August 2 and October 1, 2017 will be refunded 50% of the registration fee. Refunds will NOT be made for cancellations postmarked on or after October 2, 2017 or for participants who register but do not attend. No exceptions. Refunds will not be processed until after the conference. For those receiving the discounted group rate, cancellations will not be refunded; however, registration transfers will be permitted and the administrative fee will be waived.
Can I transfer my registration to a colleague or friend?
Registration transfers will be charged a $50 administrative fee. Please contact the Conference Coordinator at email@example.com to process a registration transfer.
